What is Chat2Me?

Hey, family! For this introduction, I'm going to be a bit informal. I want to answer the question about why I chose the name, "Chat2Me!"

First of all, I would like to introduce myself to some and say hello to those who know me. I am Nadira Norjahan, a vocalist, songwriter, poet, writer/author from Philadelphia, PA. (Go, Eagles!)

While on a kind-of hiatus in Ghana, West Africa, I was listening to the Dancehall Raggae artist of my dreams, Buju Banton's song called "Trust" where he shouts out "Chat to Me!" in his glorious Jamaican voice.

Can you tell that I am a Buju Banton fan?

Anyway, that is how I came up with the name. Everybody is talking about this, that, the other and something. So, I wanted to talk about stuff too. However, the thought of being the only contributor to all of this talking, or "chatting" by myself seemed half as interesting as it would if I brought some other talented sisters into the mix. So, I am so sure that you will enjoy the eclectic mix of women on this platform.
